Raspberry Frozen Yogurt

(Pictured: black raspberries used, not red raspberries...black are impossible to find!)
 This little snack can easily be labeled as a breakfast, lunch, dinner, veggie, or dessert.  
However you want to classify it, it's yum, and it's easy peasy.  Isn't it just adorrr?

and p.s., that cuisinart ice cream maker is still available at costco. worth it.

Ingredients:
2 cups whole milk Greek yogurt
¾ cups sugar
2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
1 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1-2 tbsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
1. Combine the yogurt, sugar, berries, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor.  Blend until smooth. 
2. Press the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds.  
3. Stir in the vanilla.
4. Freeze the mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
5. Unless you are lucky enough to find the black raspberries, your yogurt's end result color will be a lighter pink than the picture shown!!
