
2 8oz. packages cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 package mini Nilla Wafers
2 eggs
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 can pie filling of choice
Directions:
Have cream cheese softened or at room temperature. Mix all ingredients together until soft and creamy. Put paper cups in mini muffin pan and place one Nilla Wafer in each cup. Spoon in mix (about 1 tsp.) into each cup. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. When cool, top with favorite topping: cherry, strawberry, or blueberry.
