Ingredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced into one-inch pieces
2, 15 oz. jars Rao's Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce
3 cups uncooked broccoli, diced into bite-sized pieces
1/2 pound (8 ounces) uncooked pasta (I used mini farfalle.)
Salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese, optional
*Slow cooker liners are awesome for easy clean up!
Directions:
- Dice chicken and liberally season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat all sides.
- Place chicken in slow cooker and top with both jars of Alfredo sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 4.5 hours.
- Add uncooked broccoli, toss to combine, cover again, and cook for 30 more minutes.
- While broccoli cooks in slow cooker, cook pasta according to boxed directions. Be sure to salt your boiling water!
- Add cooked pasta into slow cooker, stir to combine all ingredients, and top with Parmesan cheese (if desired).
